We want people to go on vacations, recharge their life, strengthen their families and make a difference by supporting your charity at no personal cost to you. Our agents at GW Travel and Cruise will supply you with all the information you need to present these vacation opporutnities to your supporters at your next fundraising event.

Simple Steps to follow..

1. Contact a GW Travel and Cruise travel consultant (see Contact a Travel Agent tab) to help you start planning your next NO RISK fundraiser!

2. Choose options 1, 2, or 3…or all of them!

3. Select the vacation destination you woud like to offer your supporters for your auction or raffle (see Fundraising Destination tab)

4. Work with your travel consultant to design the fundraising option that will work best for your supporters (i.e. silent auction, raffle, online auction, etc.)

5. Promote event to your supporters (we have video, jpg, and copy for promotion)

6. After event is complete, your winner will receive a certificate for their Vidanta vacation and the GW Travel consultants contact information.

7. Your organization will pay GW direct for the vacation discounted cost via check or money order (remember you only pay if you have a winner!)

8. The winner of the vacation will have one year from date of auction end to book their travel and can book up to five months prior, based on availability. They will make all arrangments with their dedicated travel consultant.
